REFUND POLICY

Masala Cove is committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here's our refund policy:

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. After this window, we may not be able to offer a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Food quality not meeting our usual standards

  • Order not delivered (when applicable)

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

We may ask for proof (such as photos) to assess your refund claim.

4. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
